2. Shipping Times

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 9-15 business days.
In the event of any delays or exceptional circumstances that affect shipping times, we will notify you immediately.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the location and weight of the package.
  • Free Shipping: If we offer free shipping promotions, these will be automatically applied during the checkout process according to the terms of the offer.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can track its progress.

5. Address Changes

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at contacto@seliontm.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a problem beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you to confirm the details. If the package is returned to our facilities, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
